TRUCKLOAD CARRIERS ASSOCIATION'S (TCA) ANNUAL SAFETY & SECURITY MEETING

The Truckload Carriers Association’s (TCA) annual Safety & Security Meeting has consistently brought truckload carrier safety professionals together to discuss problems, share ideas, and seek solutions to make their businesses and our roads safer.

Focusing on a 360-degree safety environment model that is beneficial to those with a background in safety, security, risk management and people, we are confident that our conference schedule will deliver plenty of information that interests you. With the valuable speakers and workshops ready to present, we are certain you will arrive back to your office with information and ideas to improve upon your fleet’s safety performance.

2025 NATMI Annual Meeting Registration Details
The 2025 North American Transportation Management Institute (NATMI) provides internationally recognized, university-accredited training and professional certification for truck and bus fleet management professionals. NATMI will hold its Annual Meeting on Tuesday, June 10 and Wednesday, June 11 in Louisville, KY at the Louisville Marriott Downtown. The meeting will be held in conjunction with and immediately following the Truckload Carriers Association’s Safety and Security Division Meeting, which begins on Sunday, June 8 and ends Tuesday, June 10. NATMI technical committee meetings and educational sessions begin Tuesday afternoon, followed by an evening awards reception. Wednesday’s meetings and educational sessions end at noon. Schedule

Registration for NATMI is separate from the TCA Safety & Security Meeting. If you are interested in registering for the both the Safety and Security Meeting and the NATMI Annual Meeting, there are bundle registration savings available!

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Meetings@truckload.org no later than May 9, 2025. Cancellations received by this date will receive a refund of registration fees minus a $200 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 9, 2025. Substitutions will be accepted at any time. In the event that TCA cancels the program, TCA's maximum liability is a full registration refund. TCA is not responsible for travel, hotel, or other expenses.
